The role of Global Talent Lead requires strategic leadership and talent management expertise. As a key member of the People team, you will collaborate with regional counterparts across the enterprise to drive global talent strategy and ambitions.
">Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional in organisational psychology or talent management to lead our global talent and succession planning cadence. This includes running the global talent and succession systems, contributing to meaningful work within the Group Career & Capability Team, and building a strong, future-ready organisation.
This is a pivotal role that requires a deep understanding of talent strategy, assessment methodology, and enablement. You will deliver high-impact reporting for executive and board audiences, ensure governance and compliance across global talent activities, and build strong relationships across the People function and senior stakeholders.
You will also bring external insights to inform and evolve our talent practices, manage vendor relationships, and ensure successful program delivery. The ability to use data to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement is crucial to this role.">

* Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
* A strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into action
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills across audiences
