Key Responsibilities:- Reception responsibilities include answering phones, greeting guests at the office, and maintaining a positive first impression.
- Managing administrative aspects of our agent's appraisal and sales process, including file management, data entry, and building our database of clients.
- Liaising with conveyancers, utility suppliers, or tradespeople, and maintaining office supplies, stationery, and settlement stock.
- Social media content creation and management, as well as creating online and printed marketing material for salespeople and the office.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a professional services environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work both independently and in a small team.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge and proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.
- Tech savvy, comfortable, and competent with IT.
- Customer service focus.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and professional.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred, but not essential.
