**About the Company**

Our client is well established supplier, designer and manufacturer of Office Furniture with a focus on quality, innovative design and customer service. Catering for both small and large organisations, our clients projects can range from 5K to 500K + supplying office furniture from either an extensive in-house range through to custom design and build. Their client base covers all industry sectors including large corporate entities, executive, government, retail, health, mining and small to medium business.

**The Role**

Our client has 5 Sales Representatives, where they spend most of their time conducting on site quotations out of the office. Generally, Sales Representatives will work off a floor plan and mark up the plan with the furniture type and range.

From the Sales Representatives floor plan, the Sales & Estimating Administrator will be tasked to conduct the following;
- **Quantities**: On excel, input each furniture type & quantity of each product
- **Pricing**: On excel input the price of each item and the total price for the quantity of each product type
- **Quote Template**: On a template input the furniture type, quantities & price as well as copy & past products pictures & descriptions
- **Submit Quote**: Submit quote to the Sales Representatives for final review

In addition to quoting there are numerous tasks that you may have to complete on a daily basis which may include;
- **Taking sales inquiries via telephone**:

- **Scheduling in Sales Representatives meeting with potential clients**:

- **Liaising with the manufacturing department on stock levels of particular products**:

- **Liaising with procurement department on delivery dates for particular products**:

- **Making up sales packs that include brochures and price list for Sales Reps to take to sales meetings**:

- **Attending sales meetings with Sales Representatives and taking meeting notes**:

- **Escorting potential clients to the show room & conducting sales**:

- **Ad Hoc admin tasks directed by Sales Representatives**
- **Has the intention of ongoing, long-term work where you will be able to develop your career**:

- **Exceptional communication skills - written & verbal**:

- **Possess good numeracy skills**:

- **Be proficient on computers especially on Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook**:

- **Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times especially when dealing with clients**:

- **Have initiative with excellent problem-solving skills**:

- **Have a positive attitude where you do not get stressed when things don’t go your way**:

- **Be able work autonomously or in a team environment**:

- **Be a productive worker that carries out their tasks efficiently as well to high standards**:

- **Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines**:

- **Be able to get to and from work in Canning Vale, Monday to Friday, starting at 8:00 AM and finishing at 5:00 PM**

**Remuneration**
- **$55,000 to $60,000 Per Annum**:

- **+ Super**:

- **+ Accrued Leave Entitlements (Holiday, Sick, Carers)**
