Administrative Assistant/receptionist

At our busy Allied Health and Mentoring company, we need a hand. Specifically, we need someone with admin experience and ideally someone who has worked for an NDIS provider and understands the process around the NDIS.
We are looking for someone full time or near full time.
The role involves:
- Scheduling clients appointments
- Greeting clients as they enter the practice
- Providing information about services that PAHS offers
- Creating and updating physical and electronic files
- Standard phone and front desk reception tasks
- A range of administrative tasks to assist clinicians and management staff
The role will require someone who:
- is reliable and enjoys working in a team environment
- is a problem solver who can take initiative and has a confident and cheerful disposition.
- can multi task in an often high paced environment
- has an eye for scheduling and can do so accurately and quickly
- has excellent literacy and computer skills.
- has an excellent phone manner

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (required)
Work Eligibility:

Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling
- Running errands
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Managing social media
- Greeting visitors

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
