A permanent full-time role in Morphett Vale, SA for a well established, state of the art Chemist store with long standing experience in the industry, specialising in Pharmaceutical help, medical help & cosmetic needs. For a well experienced Retail Manager, Store Manager or Manager to join the lovely team in providing great managerial and customer service to the experienced team in store.

- $48000 - $60000.00 negotiable
- Morphett Vale, SA

**A normal day includes - **8.00am - 5.00pm working Monday - Friday
- Interacting with customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
- Ensuring that customers receive excellent service, including help with product selection and information on promotions or discounts.
- Handling customer complaints or difficult situations as they arise
- Overseeing inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, expiration dates, and product turnover.
- Managing and optimizing stock ordering and replenishment processes.
- Conducting periodic inventory audits to minimize losses due to theft or shrinkage.
- Implementing marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales.
- Creating attractive displays and merchandising arrangements.
- Monitoring sales performance and making adjustments as needed.
- Ensuring that the store complies with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Handling paperwork and administrative duties, such as payroll, scheduling, and employee evaluations.
- Managing the store's budget, tracking expenses, and revenue.
- Reporting to upper management or headquarters as required.

- Past experience as a Retail Manager
- Past experience working at a chemist retail store
- Customer service experience
- Excellent sense of initiative and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the support team
- To be well organised and have great time management
- Australian police check
