Senior Manager, Customer Retention

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to spearhead our customer retention strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to design, lead, and optimise powerful nurture and retention programs that drive growth through deeper engagement and measurable impact.

The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of experience in loyalty, CRM, or retention marketing, with a proven ability to deliver impactful results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a data-driven loyalty strategy that maximises customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Leveraging insights from customer behaviour and program performance to optimise strategies, boost engagement, and improve ROI.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to seamlessly embed loyalty initiatives across every customer touchpoint.

As a senior leader, you will drive innovation through personalisation and automation, creating tailored experiences that strengthen customer connections.

About the Role

You will play a critical role in shaping our customer retention strategy and driving business outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with loyalty platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automation, as well as proven success in designing and executing customer engagement and retention initiatives.

Requirements
  • 8+ years experience in loyalty, CRM, or retention marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset – confident turning data into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with loyalty platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
  • Proven success in designing and executing customer engagement and retention initiatives.
