Job Description

We are seeking a senior marketing manager to lead our customer acquisition and retention strategies in Australia.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HCP and Direct-to-Consumer Marketing, with a strong background in developing integrated marketing strategies and implementing plans for brand and product launches.

They will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and making data-driven decisions.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

A successful candidate will also have expertise in building insights and knowledge of the customer and market, and communicating this internally to drive successful customer-oriented marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated marketing strategy and implementation plans for Brand and product launch.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Build insights and knowledge of the customer and market and communicate this internally.
  • Develop and lead the execution of integrated commercial launch and market development plans in the Australian Diabetes Technology space.
  • Lead and deliver overall brand management for Australia.
  • Design and manage lead generation, nurture, and retention strategies across online and offline channels in all parts of the customer journey.
  • Drive business development by identifying new partners, channels and/or testing new media.
  • Test, track and refine all strategies and tactics using data and analytics.
  • Champion the brand within the business and ensuring creative output is of the highest quality, meets brand needs, and is produced in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in senior marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze KPIs to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
