Mental Health Reform Services Director

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee our Mental Health Reform Services team. This is a high-level leadership position requiring strong knowledge of policy frameworks, extensive experience in service design and management, and a proven track record of motivating others to achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a complex work environment with the ability to impart vision and motivate others to drive long-term strategic objectives.
- Effectively manage financial, human, physical, and information resources, and monitor effectiveness and efficiency within a dispersed service or organization.
The successful applicant will possess a tertiary qualification or degree in a relevant discipline, such as clinical, public health, business administration, health science, or human services, and/or significant experience in managing and delivering health services, particularly mental health services.
