Senior Reform Manager - AoD Services
About the Role:This is a key leadership position that requires strategic thinking and expert skills in developing, implementing, and managing Statewide Mental Health Services (SMHS) Alcohol and Other Drugs (AoD) Sector Reform initiatives.
The successful candidate will contribute to various meetings, be a positive role model, and advocate for reform. They will collaborate with other SMHS Reform Project Officers to ensure consistent and integrated delivery of strategic reform programs across SMHS.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to various meetings, be a positive role model, and advocate for reform.
- Collaborate with other SMHS Reform Project Officers to ensure consistent and integrated delivery of strategic reform programs across SMHS.
- Develop effective relationships and manage networks with internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake project management functions associated with the SMHS Reform Program, including AoD system linkages with external agencies.
You will need to provide high-level advice on strategies, plans, policies, systems, and processes for developing evidence-based service delivery frameworks for the AoD sector.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of AoD Sector Reform initiatives.
- Prepare and provide briefings on strategy, policy, and regulation issues related to the AoD Sector Reform project.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
