Network Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our organization as a key member of the network operations team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for enterprise-grade routers, switches, firewalls, and proxy services.
  • Manage network performance and availability by proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Maintain and upgrade network hardware and software to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Support DMZ environments, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPN configurations.
Managed Services Integration
  • Collaborate with IT Service Management teams to align network operations with incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Participate in CMDB discovery activities and configuration audits.
  • Assist with ServiceNow integrations for network-related modules and workflows.
Security & Compliance
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and manage patching cycles.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Your Profile:

  • You should have 7+ years of experience in network engineering and managed services.
  • You must have strong expertise in Cisco platforms (ASR, ISR, Nexus) and SDN (Cisco ACI).
  • You need to have solid exposure across L2 and L3 support for various stakeholders.
  • You should have knowledge of Firewalls.
  • Certifications: CCNP preferred.
  • Cisco ACI skills - desirable.
