About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional operational results in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of our network, ensuring timely and accurate flight information is communicated, and monitoring all flights for on-time performance. They will also be responsible for coordinating network disruptions, managing arrival and departure slots, and ensuring crew compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operation of the network, including management of aircraft turnarounds, slot allocation, and fuel ordering.
  • Liaise with ports to ensure timely and accurate flight information is communicated.
  • Monitor all flights for on-time performance, accurately recording and reporting delay reasons.
  • Coordinate network disruptions, formulating and actioning disruption plans to minimize passenger and operational impact.
  • Manage arrival and departure slots through Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM) and Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) environments.
  • Ensure crew compliance with regulatory requirements, including those prescribed in the Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS).
