Learning and Development Expert

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in managing training and capability development within complex environments.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in instructional design, adult learning theories, and change management practices. They will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, working closely with the project team and organisation stakeholders.
