As our Sales Assistant, you'll be working closely with our Principal to support the sales process from start to finish.

This role blends client service, marketing, operations, and a touch of everything in between. Offering you a real understanding of the industry and its many moving parts.

Your day might include:

Open Homes & Client Engagement


• Placing and collecting property signage across key locations (early Saturday mornings required)


• Assisting at open homes on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays


• Welcoming prospective buyers, answering questions, and capturing their details with professionalism and care


• Attending private viewings, listing appointments, photography sessions and building & pest inspections alongside the Principal

Marketing & Promotions


• Helping prepare and distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional material

Administrative & Personal Support


• Covering reception during breaks and providing friendly front of house service


• Running errands and assisting the Principal with general tasks and coordinating appointments


• Offering day to day operational support that keeps everything running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone with potential, professionalism, and the drive to grow in the industry.


• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (essential)


• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle (essential)


• Excellent presentation and communication skills


• Confident, reliable, and great with people


• Flexible availability, especially Thursdays to Saturdays


• A team player who is eager to learn and thrives in a supportive, fast paced environment
