About the Role

As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and grounds of a retirement estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Horticultural development, maintenance and monitoring.
  • Garden bed re-planting and maintenance.
  • Pruning of trees and shrubs.
  • Lawn mowing, edging, fertilising and weeding.
  • Clearing and removal of garden refuse.
  • Path repair and maintenance.
  • Maintenance of fences and retaining walls.
  • Routine repair work within the site.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Horticulture or related field (highly regarded).
  • Previous experience in gardening and general maintenance.
  • Knowledge of trade resources and suppliers.
  • Current manual driver's licence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
