Property Management Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role in property management.

  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords
  • Organise repairs and maintenance
  • Rental arrears management
  • Conduct regular rent and lease reviews

You will work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, no weekend work or after-hours. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of previous property management experience, QLD Certificate of Registration, attention to detail, strong organisational skills, solid written and verbal communication skills, outstanding telephone manner and time management, corporate presentation, and a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining effective tenant and landlord relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
  2. Coordinating and managing all repair and maintenance activities, including scheduling appointments and following up with service providers
  3. Managing rental arrears and ensuring prompt payment from tenants
  4. Conducting regular rent and lease reviews to ensure optimal revenue growth and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of property management experience
  • QLD Certificate of Registration
