Job Title: Settlement Officer for Client Services

Job Summary:

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, communicating with government agencies and clients to ensure timely settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with government agencies, defendants and superannuation funds to ensure payment is made to clients in accordance with settlement terms.
  • Manage a list of client matters, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Progress client matters with urgency and attention to detail.
  • Accurately record interactions in systems to maintain transparency.
  • Provide accurate billing to clients for their claims.
  • Build strong relationships across the business to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong client service skills and experience in client-facing roles.
  • Natural empathy and passion for helping people, particularly those experiencing trauma.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with an understanding of meeting Service Level Agreements.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Positive mindset and willingness to support colleagues and the business.
