Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in making a positive impact in our community.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions and capacities through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
- Formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant based on interpreted findings.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Support and advise on environmental adaptations, including home, school, work, and residential facilities.
- Recommend the provision of Assistive Technology to help participants overcome functional limitations and promote independence.
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and openness to testing and learning new ideas.
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
