We are seeking an experienced Director of Food and Beverage Operations to lead the Aberfoyle Hub Tavern team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality leadership, with experience in managing day-to-day operations, developing and training teams, and driving business growth through creative initiatives.

As Director of Food and Beverage Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, achieving financial targets, and fostering a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a large, multi-skilled team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage daily operations, including rostering, recruitment, and back-of-house administration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business targets and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, guests, and stakeholders.
  • Strong operational expertise, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business improvement.
  • Hospitality or retail leadership experience, ideally with knowledge of food, bars, and gaming operations.
