About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Aberfoyle Hub Tavern. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results, develop and train staff to ensure excellent guest experiences, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting and rostering team members, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Drive Business Growth: Bring your passion for good food and creating memorable moments for our guests, and contribute to developing and growing the business through innovative ideas and initiatives.

What You'll Need:

  • Hospitality Experience: Proven leadership experience in hospitality or retail, with a strong track record of achieving financial and business targets.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong operational skills, including inventory management, supply chain optimization, and conflict resolution.
  • Customer Service Focus: Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Industry Qualifications: Current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications, as well as any other relevant industry certifications.
