Job Description

The Client Services Manager is responsible for leading operational success, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded, and fostering a high-performance, safety-focused culture across multiple sites.

This role supports the School Cleaning portfolio and reports to the Contract Manager. You will work closely with teams to achieve business goals, build strong stakeholder relationships, and foster continuous improvement through innovation and feedback.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and performance.
  • Co-ordinate training and development programs for team members.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams to ensure sustainable service delivery and safety performance.
Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Proven experience managing multi-site portfolios or services.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant industry experience.
