Be a Product Ambassador

We're passionate about Beer, Wine and Spirits at our stores.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping customers find their special product, connecting with them on a personal level and making recommendations that meet their needs. You'll be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and showcasing your passion for products every day.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Actively sharing your knowledge of products with customers
  • Confidently recommending products to customers based on their needs
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team, supporting others to learn and grow
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Carrying out physical tasks associated with the role
  • Upholding responsible service of alcohol guidelines

You'll work on Thursday afternoons (4pm - 8pm), Friday mid-days (12pm - 4pm) and Saturday afternoons (4pm - 8pm).

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Able to communicate confidently and authentically with customers, providing solutions that meet their needs
  • No prior knowledge of drinks is required, but a genuine interest in expanding your knowledge is essential
