Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our Home and Community Care team at McLean Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our residents and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide reception and switchboard services, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors and callers.
- Support staff in maintaining office functions, including filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Perform a range of administrative duties, including ordering supplies, managing petty cash, and collecting and distributing mail.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement efficient office processes and procedures to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or aged care setting.
- High level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with people in a professional and polite manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
