We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Administration Officers to join our Health Informatics team at St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Health Information Services Manager and team members
- Assist with the digitisation of medical records and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of health records
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- At least 2 years' experience in administration, preferably within a healthcare environment
- Excellent customer service skills and high attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with digitising records is desirable
- Exceptional computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Highly developed interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
