About the Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Newcastle. This is a Full Time permanent role offering a 10% field allowance on top of a generous hourly rate.

About the Role

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing quality customer outcomes through diagnostic, maintenance, and repairs to a wide range of Construction and Mining equipment products.
  • Conducting all repairs and maintenance jobs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Completing and submitting all relevant paperwork.
  • Ensuring compliance with company's Environmental Policy, quality standards, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificates of Trade - diesel mechanic, heavy vehicle, plant mechanic – light vehicle mechanic considered.
  • Proven mechanical work experience.
  • Understanding and delivering quality outcomes to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction.
