About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our Komatsu Forklifts division in our Tomago branch. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services to our customers' equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Komatsu Forklifts equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
  • Relevant trade qualifications (Light or Heavy Automotive Mechanic or Auto Electrician)
  • Experience with servicing and diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components
  • Experience as a Forklift Technician or exposure to Forklifts is highly regarded
  • A minimum of C class Licence Forklift licence is required
  • Ability to follow required job scope & critical path
  • Safety focused mindset is paramount
  • Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • A proven high level of customer service
