The State Business Development Manager role is a pivotal position within our organization, focusing on acquiring new customers in Queensland through strategic collaboration with channel partners.

This challenging yet rewarding opportunity involves identifying high-potential prospects, guiding and supporting partners to showcase our value proposition effectively, and ensuring smooth handovers to account managers.

  • Demonstrate expertise in complex solution selling and partner co-selling, leveraging your 10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Possess a proven track record of driving growth, utilizing your proficiency in ICT solutions and mid-market customer requirements.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, applying your knowledge of the Telco industry to drive success.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, or a related field; an MBA or sales/tech certifications are highly valued.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
  3. A strong understanding of the market, including current trends and competitor analysis.
