Business Development Manager

Sales and Business Development Role Summary:

Our company seeks an ambitious Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of wholesale and distribution channels across Australia. This strategic, growth-focused role involves building partnerships, unlocking new markets, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a wholesale channel strategy across Australia.
  • Identify and onboard new distribution partners, installers, and resellers.
  • Build strong relationships with solar, battery, and EV industry stakeholders.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:
  • 3 – 6 years experience in Sales, Business Development or Channel Sales with a proven track record.
  • Background in EV, solar, or battery storage industries.
  • A built-up network across distributors and wholesalers is an advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-starter with a passion for clean tech and innovation.
