Our company seeks an ambitious Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of wholesale and distribution channels across Australia. This strategic, growth-focused role involves building partnerships, unlocking new markets, and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a wholesale channel strategy across Australia.
- Identify and onboard new distribution partners, installers, and resellers.
- Build strong relationships with solar, battery, and EV industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support channel success.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
- 3 – 6 years experience in Sales, Business Development or Channel Sales with a proven track record.
- Background in EV, solar, or battery storage industries.
- A built-up network across distributors and wholesalers is an advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-starter with a passion for clean tech and innovation.
