Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to craft effective sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, serving as a respected ambassador for our organization.
- Prepare and present comprehensive business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully.
- Provide regular, detailed reports on business development activities and progress to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- A deep understanding of the HVAC industry and outdoor camping accessories market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

- Willingness to travel within Australia as required, with a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
