Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Workforce Planning Expert to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making and enhance overall efficiency.

In this role, you will analyze workforce data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to boost productivity and simplify processes for teams. You will also work closely with our Retail and DC leaders to provide insights on workforce planning priorities and support cost avoidance.

Additionally, you will be responsible for understanding relevant awards or enterprise agreements to ensure compliance and efficiency. Your analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively will be essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar workforce planning role in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Experience with Dimensions/Kronos is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills, to identify opportunities.
  • High level of decision-making, organisational and communication skills.
