Job Title: Senior Business Partner

  • You should have a proven track record in building and leading high-performing P&C teams that drive business outcomes.
  • You must be skilled in advising and influencing stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence.
About The Role

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects, drive process improvements, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce initiatives to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations and ER/IR matters to support the business.
  • Lead and manage key P&C projects, including organizational transformation initiatives.
