Job Summary:

We invite you to join our Front Office Team as a Guest Services Agent, where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service and make lasting memories for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with queries and requirements in a professional and timely manner.
  • Take ownership of guest issues and work collaboratively with the Front Office team and other resort areas to resolve them effectively.
  • Handle telephone inquiries professionally and according to resort standards.
  • Maintain guest privacy at all times.
  • Be available to work flexible rosters, including weekends.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • The ability to identify and implement new initiatives and problem-solving solutions.
  • Collaborative and open communication skills.
  • Experience with Property Management Systems, preferably Opera.
  • A high school certificate or equivalent qualification; a tertiary qualification is highly regarded.
  • Experience in a similar role within an international standard 4- or 5-star hotel (desired).

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
