Disability Coach Role

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing coaching and support services to students with disabilities.

The Disability Coach will be responsible for designing and delivering individualized coaching sessions, as well as advocating for learners as required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and support services to students with disabilities, including developing and implementing individualized plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive appropriate support and accommodations.
  • Conduct regular progress checks and report on student outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and program evaluation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in disability support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of contemporary disability practices and principles.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive education and social justice.
