About the Role
We're all about helping our members make the most of their money.
As a Coaching and Knowledge Management Specialist, you will deliver coaching and on-the-job training to new and existing team members and support the uplift of people capability across Member Insurance & Claims.
The primary focus is to develop and grow team members, ensuring customer service standards and value provided to our members is achieved.
You will also develop and maintain procedures and processes within relevant systems.
Day to day, you will:
Deliver on-the-job training and coaching in line with ART frameworks across different modes, including face-to-face and virtual sessions, with a focus on positive and engaging learning experiences
Create and update knowledge articles that align to best practice and ensure content is up to date and relevant
Identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure training and knowledge management is consistent and aligned to divisional strategy and objectives
Provide timely feedback and coaching to uplift customer experiences and embed newly acquired skills
This role is a 12-month max-term/secondment opportunity.

About You
You'll be a great communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to identify problems and propose quick, creative solutions.

Experience in delivering training and workplace coaching
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain productive working relationships with peers and stakeholders
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt communication to different audiences
Maintains high performance and quality benchmarks for others to follow
Highly organised with time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks to achieve goals
Experience interpreting relevant financial and superannuation legislation, regulations and policies; experience in superannuation, insurance or finance industries
Strong computer literacy and experience using collaborative platforms
