About the Role

Curtis Partnership is seeking an experienced Administration & Accounts Assistant to join their team based in the Inner West. This is an excellent opportunity for a Bookkeeper, Accounts Assistant or Administrator to work across AP, AR, and a mix of admin responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts: preparation and processing of primarily accounts payable and some accounts receivable, raise new supplier details in Xero, assist in cash payments & receipts posting
  • Fleet/ Vehicle Administration: organise motor vehicle registration and insurances, manage fuel and toll cards for the team, handle all admin required
  • Insurance Administration: lodgement and cancellation of insurance as needed, organisation of payments
  • Ad hoc: assist team with any admin or finance requirements, work closely with other teams
Requirements
  • Experience with AP
  • Strong communications and team mindset
  • Experience with Xero desirable
