Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with valet parking and luggage services upon arrival and departure
  • Stay familiar with hotel facilities and services to provide expert advice to guests
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in lobby and porte-cochère areas
  • Provide insider knowledge on local attractions, restaurants, and activities to enhance guest experiences
  • Arrange transportation for guests, including booking taxis, limousines, and airport transfers

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • General knowledge of hotel front office procedures
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shift times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
