We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Human Resources Manager to join our team at ESTÉE LAUDER Companies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and a proven track record of success in managing HR teams and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.

The Retail HR Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs that support the growth and success of our retail business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with the Commercial team to support employee-related matters
  • Managing the Retail HR team to ensure they are achieving their goals and maximizing their potential
  • Collaborating with Senior HR Manager and Retail HR Executives to identify and build out talent plans across our Point of Sales teams
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies during the hiring process
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution
  • Assuming ownership for National Enterprise Agreement, ensuring time and attendance practices are compliant with labour laws, regulations, and company policies

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, gathering requirements and presenting information on best practices.
