We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our Disability Services team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about person-centred care, particularly in supporting clients with complex needs.

As a Frontline Support Specialist, you will:

Mentor staff and guide behaviour support strategies

Work closely with clients and their networks to ensure safety, inclusion, and positive outcomes

Deliver tailored support for clients with complex needs

Lead behaviour support and crisis management strategies

Mentor and guide staff to build a high-performing team

Engage clients and families to align services with individual goals

Advocate for client rights and maintain accurate documentation

Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and policies

Key skills required include:

  • Proven experience in high-intensity, person-centred disability support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and model best practice
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)
  • Current NSW Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid, and Driver's Licence
