Support Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Support Coordinator to join our team and work with individuals living with disabilities to help them build skills, connect with their community, and reach their goals through the NDIS.

As a Support Coordinator, you will work directly with clients and families, coordinating the right supports, building community connections, and ensuring services meet individual needs. You will work in a collaborative environment that values your expertise and contributions.

The role involves:

  • Coordinating supports and life transitions
  • Supporting employment and community access
  • Building daily living and life skills
  • Providing early intervention where needed
  • Helping with independent travel and transport

This is a flexible and rewarding role for someone who enjoys helping others live more independently.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications or experience in Disability, Social Work, Education, or related fields
  • Experience supporting people with disabilities (adults and/or children)
  • Understanding of person-centred and strengths-based practice
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
