About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Culinary Expert to join our team at MOD Dining in the Art Gallery of NSW. As a member of our culinary team, you will work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare exceptionally presented dishes, consistent in flavor and appearance
  • Run the section or sections allocated
  • Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
  • Assist in managing the kitchen in the absence of the Sous/Exec Chef
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role from a busy restaurant
  • Punctual, self-driven and autonomous, whilst being open to direction and learning
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic
Benefits

This is a permanent role with an annual salary of $74,500 plus super. You can expect mainly day shifts on weekdays and weekends, based at the Art Gallery NSW. We also offer opportunities for career growth and development within a highly regarded hospitality group.
