Head of Growth Australia

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as the Head of Growth Australia. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Melbourne office, with flexible hours and the opportunity to work from home.
As the Head of Growth Australia, you will be responsible for leading our Schools team to achieve amazing results. This will involve developing plans to establish and maintain relationships with diocese and school leadership around the country, working with the science education leadership team to build community around Australia, and continuing to hone your own skills and knowledge.
You will be a driver and self-starter who is both likeable and empathetic, with a strong ability to build positive relationships and understand the problems of others. You will be eager to learn, proactive, and strategic, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve amazing results.
We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about science education and has experience with education technology and pedagogy. You will be excellent with systems, data, and processes, and super organized. Sales experience, especially in the edu-industry, is a bonus but not essential.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Melbourne office. When you're not on the road, you will work from Stile HQ. Work hours are flexible but generally follow a 9-5 schedule. Usually, school visits and PD sessions run before or after school or anywhere in between.
You'll regularly be driving to schools, so you'll need your own car (don't worry, we cover your expenses). Semi-regular travel will be required around Australia to visit your team.
