Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead remediation projects from initial setup through to completion. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with HSECQ requirements, effective cost control, and efficient project running.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing construction projects in a contractor environment, as well as leadership skills, a high level of understanding and appreciation for safety, and strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage remediation projects from initial setup through to completion
  • Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements
  • Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project
  • Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
  • Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
  • Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
  • Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program
  • Involvement with tendering/estimation
  • Create and modify ITPs and SWMS
  • Raise RFIs and track responses
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, managing construction projects in a contractor environment
  • An interest in business development and operations
  • Leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities
  • A high level of understanding and appreciation for safety
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Solid programming and planning skills
