Senior Remediation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a remediation project for a multi-residential building. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with remediation work, excellent communication skills, and a good working knowledge of Revit.
The selected candidate will be responsible for liaising with clients, builders, and stakeholders, coordinating with the internal team, ensuring delivery of high-quality documentation, conducting regular site visits, and producing technical solutions for remediation.
This is a challenging opportunity for a senior Architect to showcase their skills and experience in managing complex projects while working with a dynamic and growing studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with client, builders, stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal team
- Ensure delivery of high-quality documentation
- Regular site visits
- Produce technical solutions for remediation
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience working on remediation projects
- Good working knowledge of Revit
- Good understanding of the ADG and local codes
- Excellent communication skills
- Developed skills in construction documentation and detailing
