Duties Include

- Customer service: respond to client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive attitude.">
- General administration: perform administrative tasks, such as scanning, processing correspondence, and database maintenance.">
- Building Maintenance & Security: register access passes, report maintenance issues, and provide assistance as needed.">
- Providing detailed messages to staff, managing the reception desk, and maintaining a professional standard in the reception area.">
- Understanding common problems, preparing tea and coffee, and negotiating delivery rates.">
- Incoming and outgoing mail preparation, maintaining stock of prepaid satchels, and handling packages/items according to procedures.">
Qualifications and Experience

- - Proven experience in a Client Services/Reception role.">
- - Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.">
