  • Providing detailed messages to staff, managing the reception desk, and maintaining a professional standard in the reception area.">
  • Understanding common problems, preparing tea and coffee, and negotiating delivery rates.">
  • Incoming and outgoing mail preparation, maintaining stock of prepaid satchels, and handling packages/items according to procedures.">
