We are seeking a passionate and experienced specialist to join our team. This role is central to creating meaningful pathways for Indigenous employment, leadership, and cultural inclusion across our operations.

In this role, you'll lead initiatives that support Indigenous inclusion and capability across our company in Australia. You'll work closely with our people and partner with our Community teams to connect with Traditional Owners and local communities—creating culturally safe spaces and meaningful employment pathways.

Our ideal candidate will have experience developing and delivering programs that create real impact, especially in inclusion, capability building, or employee engagement.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and delivering programs that attract, retain, and support Indigenous talent
  • Facilitating training and embedding Indigenous perspectives into policies and practices
  • Working closely with internal teams and leaders to embed inclusion into everyday practices
  • Creating opportunities for Indigenous employees to grow into leadership roles
  • Monitoring outcomes and ensuring alignment with legal, cultural, and native title obligations
