About the Role

This locum position offers you the chance to work collaboratively with Aboriginal Health Practitioners, General Practitioners, nurses, and support staff in on-site clinics.

  • Enjoy fully paid locum placements ranging from 3 to 12 weeks, with travel and accommodation covered.
  • Gain valuable experience in a diverse range of healthcare settings, while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
  • Take advantage of cultural orientation and 24/7 support to help you transition into remote healthcare.

You will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality care and make a meaningful contribution to the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Your Responsibilities

  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans that take into account the specific needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients.
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and patients.
