This could be it.

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team on a full-time, part-time or condensed hours basis.

You'll work closely with our leadership to build and maintain a positive, productive workplace culture.

As the ideal candidate, you'll be trusted, practical, organised and culturally aligned.

The setup is genuinely flexible: open to working 5 days a week, 3 full days, 5 shorter ones, or something in between.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the HR platform and manage it properly - contracts, check-ins, performance reviews, documentation etc.
  • Rebuild policies and procedures that were set up when the team was smaller.
  • Design and run onboarding processes that are role-specific, well-documented and scalable.
  • Sit in senior leadership meetings, take notes, track actions and follow up.
  • Support EA-level tasks like booking travel, managing calendars and fielding day-to-day admin.
Requirements

You'll need to be:

  • Trusted - in the room for big conversations and hold sensitive information.
  • Practical - no ivory tower here, you'll be building as you go.
  • Organised - you'll be the one who remembers, follows up and makes it happen.
  • Culturally aligned - we're ambitious, collaborative and have no time for ego.

Salary: $90K-$130K. That could be pro rata for part-time, or paid across 3 days/week if you're more senior and hands-on.
