Role Overview

This is a permanent full-time role, providing opportunities to grow professionally and personally. We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Consultant to partner with our business units to understand their recruitment needs, recommend strategies and achieve exceptional hiring outcomes in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with the business to identify recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across multiple locations.
  3. Conduct talent mapping activities to broaden our network and drive a proactive talent process.
  4. Manage a portfolio of specialist roles through the end-to-end recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Capacity to document, maintain and improve innovative talent practices.
  • Passion for developing and managing strong business relationships.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines, including Engineering.
  • Previous experience in talent mapping and talent profiling.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and encouraging Managers and Leaders.
