We are seeking a results-driven HR professional to join our team as a Talent and Culture Expert. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Reporting to the Director of Talent and Culture, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement effective HR strategies that support business growth and employee engagement. Your expertise will be essential in providing guidance on HR matters, developing talent acquisition capabilities, building relationships with external partners, and overseeing various HR programs.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A strong background in HR generalism, including knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in implementing HR processes and procedures, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Motivational and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders
