About the Role:

Rumo Finance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Broker to join our team. As a Senior Finance Broker, you will be responsible for providing tailored financial services to business owners and the self-employed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow-up leads to identify new business opportunities
  • Follow CRM processes to manage client relationships and track sales performance
  • Assess the feasibility of finance quotations and submit and process applications
  • Liaise with financial institutions and their representatives to secure funding for clients
  • Oversee the documentation and settlement of transactions to ensure smooth and efficient processing
  • Adhere to compliance and finance industry regulations to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Provide after-sales service and ongoing client assistance to build strong relationships and drive repeat business
  • Support vehicle transaction processes to ensure seamless and efficient processing

Requirements:

  • Well-presented and respectful with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adept in negotiation and sales with a strong understanding of financial literacy, organization, and time management
  • Strong in interpersonal skills to build productive relationships with clients, financial institutions, and colleagues
  • Skilled in negotiation, sales, and performing under pressure to meet sales targets and exceed client expectations
  • Adept user of computers with skills in Windows, CRM, and LMS
  • Methodical and driven by accuracy and processes to ensure high-quality work and efficient processing
  • Committed to delivering quality customer care and exceeding client expectations
  • Willing to learn and take direction to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Education and Experience:

  • A Certificate IV/Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required
  • Minimum 6 months as a business manager or finance broker
