Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at Coles. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our bakery department, ensuring exceptional customer service, high-quality products, and a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of bakery staff to achieve sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
- Monitor and maintain excellent department standards, including stock management, rotation routines, waste control, and quality assurance.
- Drive a one-team culture that celebrates success, prioritizes team members' health, safety, and well-being, and delivers an outstanding shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
